Booking Terms

BOOKINGS



A ‘booking’ means any order for our products or services on this site that is accepted by us.

Acceptance will be made by us (and a contract concluded) when we have received full payment from you.

There is no agent involved in this booking process, the contract is concluded between you as the Customer and us as the Business.



REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS



For cancellations longer than 1 week before arrival date a full refund will be made.

For cancellations between 1 week and 48 hours before arrival a refund of 70% of the booking value will be made.

For cancellations made within 48 hours, no refund will be made.

To make a cancellation, you will be required to call us on +44(0)1243 827142. Please ensure you have your credit/debit card details handy in order that the refund (where applicable) can be made.



PAYMENT



Full payment for all bookings is required at the time of booking.

Conditions

Welcome to the Best Western Beachcroft Hotel. All rooms are non-smoking and a £50.00 cleaning fee will be charged where necessary. Check In is before 10.00pm unless by prior arrangement. Check Out is at 11.00am on the day of departure. Please keep your key-card with you when returning late. Please advise reception if you would like dinner.

Support for the Mobility Impaired

We do not have a lift here at the Beachcroft Hotel. Elderly or disabled guests can take advantage of our easily accessible ground floor accommodation. We have a small ramp up one step at the front of the hotel.
